A fragmented workflow slowed the whole system.

Users and security administrators needed a consistent identity experience across browsers and mobile devices. Authentication approvals, active sessions, security information, and token state had to remain understandable without exposing sensitive implementation details.

One product model, expressed clearly at every layer.

I developed the responsive web portal and a cross-platform mobile client for login approvals, session governance, security alerts, and multi-factor authentication. Shared workflow concepts and explicit authentication states keep the web and mobile experiences aligned.

Walk through the system

Select a layer to inspect its responsibility.

Active layer 1

Vue 3 identity-management portal

Vue 3 identity-management portal owns the user-facing workflow and consumes a stable contract.

Responsibility stays explicit at this boundary.
Decision log

Model authentication as explicit states

Context
Login approvals and session changes could occur on different devices
Decision
Represented pending, approved, rejected, expired, and revoked states explicitly
Trade-off
Added state transitions but reduced ambiguous authentication feedback
Decision log

Keep sensitive security details outside the client

Context
Identity workflows required clear feedback without exposing token internals
Decision
Displayed user-relevant status while keeping sensitive processing behind APIs
Trade-off
Limited client diagnostics but reduced information exposure

Complexity moved behind durable boundaries.

Authentication state could change across multiple devices while tokens were rotated or sessions were revoked. The interface needed to communicate these changes accurately while supporting biometric actions and protecting security-sensitive information.
